Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded due to the nature of digital content.

3. Print Books and Retail Products

Print books and retail products may be returned for a refund if they meet eligibility criteria.
Clearance items, sale items, and personalized products are final sale and non-returnable.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refunds
